These workshops will provide youth groups and teams the skills to become productive groups/teams with
fewer frustrations allowing them to develop clearer goals and achieve higher success. They are great for
corporate groups as well.....it is a known fact that much of corporate success is based on the same skills as
athletes develop.
The games will enhance communication, problem solving, listening, goal setting and team work all within a
facilitated fun atmosphere.
Climb through a spiders web, wiggle through a toxic waste field, group juggle, delve into a black hole, fly on a
flying carpet ride......

FOCUS on what is going right -every player
contributes to the whole team - encourage what
they are accomplishing not what they need to
improve on - focus on what works well - don’t
always point out what isn’t it will bring down
self confidence. Don’t point out the obvious
negatives (you’ve got to block those goals)
instead acknowledge the attempts so
they will push harder next time.
